Welcome to our Service Booking at Cycolo.

Explore our service packages and à la carte options to select what your bike needs. We always provide an assessment of key components and a detailed report once the service is completed, so you know exactly what was done and have a clear record to keep track of past service.

Not sure what’s needed or looking for a specific repair? We handle custom services of all kinds and can provide a personalized quote. Our base shop rate is $100/hour. We'll always walk you through and confirm the plan with you before getting started.

Book with us / Drop off & tell us

Book using the Calendly app above. Select the service type and a time that works for you! Our last drop off time is 2:30pm M-F. Bring your bike in and tell us what’s going on.

Approve your estimate

You get a written estimate: the work, the cost, the timeline.

We service it

Your bike gets serviced to spec, and test-ridden. If we find anything extra, we’ll get in touch with options first.

Pick up & ride

We let you know it’s ready. At pickup we walk through the work provide you with a report, to keep track of what was done, so we can get you back out riding!
